  Terrible company. Took my money, didn't contact me until I made numerous efforts to get them to pick up my coffee machine. Cancelled the order and 4 weeks later I'm still waiting for my money back.
  
  Dreadful service, dreadful company, stay well away. According to one member of admin team they are always under staffed. It shows.
